Sandra’s research focuses on HRM and leadership in the education sector, specifically in Dutch secondary schools.

In her research Roos focuses on HRM and leadership in the healthcare sector. She has conducted research on medical leadership amongst medical specialists and on the value of healthcare work in collaboration with FWG Progressional People.

Julia’s research focuses on people management, HRM and leadership in public organisations. In her PhD research, she studied the antecedents and consequences of shared perceptions (between employees and supervisors) of people management in the educational sector.

In her research Jasmijn examines management and organization of individuals’ employability and well-being. Her research projects involve the ways in which employees’ well-being, employability and performance can be boosted through HRM and leadership in, amongst others, healthcare.

Maria’s research focuses on the sustainable performance of  employees in a work context that is more and more characterized by (technological) changes and innovations, with a specific interest in the management of diversity issues in this respect.

Eva’s research focus is on people management in a public-sector context. In recent years, she has conducted most of her empirical research in the education and healthcare sectors. Eva is the coordinator of the project ‘The Dark Side of People Management’.

Toon teaches and conducts research in the area of well-being, motivation and work performance. His main topics are occupational health psychology, burnout, work addiction, stress, engagement, authenticity at work, and work performance.
